For Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas, we set out to create something groundbreaking for Adidas on the MSG Sphere—something that pushed the boundaries of sports storytelling. Instead of featuring just one star, we engineered our own.
Using AI technology, we combined the likenesses of Adidas’ top-tier athletes—including Patrick Mahomes, Tua Tagovailoa, and more—to craft the ultimate composite player: the “everyman” of the NFL. This wasn’t just a fictional athlete; it was the embodiment of the physicality, skill, and pressure every player faces on the biggest stage.
Brought to life through motion capture and Unreal Engine, the spot takes viewers inside the mind of an athlete as they battle the intense weight of expectation—only to push through, rise up, and deliver. The narrative is a powerful reflection of Adidas’ mantra: "You got this."
