What does the future of gaming look like? What if you could talk to your favorite game characters in real time? For EA Day, we made it possible.

We created a real-time, AI-driven digital twin of Jude Bellingham, EA Sports FC’s 2024 cover star, placing him in a live, interactive installation. Guests stepped up for a post-match-style interview, engaging with Jude as if he were truly there.

Using Unreal Engine, we meticulously built out the character and environment, leveraging motion capture to replicate Jude’s signature gestures and presence on the pitch. To ensure Jude spoke with the same wit, confidence, and charisma he’s known for, we developed a custom-trained LLM, infused with deep insights into his playing style, personality, and media presence. More than an experiment, this was a glimpse into gaming’s future—where AI and realism redefine fan engagement.
